What guarantees do you give?

We are fully insured with IMI accreditation, and all of our work comes with a 12-month guarantee.

Will the repairs that you do always be invisible?

No. Most of our repairs will be invisible, but some, because of the nature of the surface or the textures involved, will not be. We always explain to you exactly what we can and cannot do, and we indicate which repairs may still be slightly visible.

Do you repair small dents and dings?

If your car has small dents and dings without paint damage, you will need to call a specialist repairer (Paintless Dent Removal technician). Call us on 0800 1077 833 for advice.

Do you only do cars?

No. Our breadth of repair expertise and our quality of service mean that we also undertake the minor renovation of boats, buses and caravans, inside and out. We offer the same convenient, cost-saving service on all of these.

My car is quite old – can you match the colour?

Yes. We are able to match most modern vehicle colours.

I am away all week – can you fix my car at weekends?

Yes. We work evenings and weekends in order to offer you the convenience of not having your car off the road for longer than necessary.

How far will you travel to do a repair?

We will travel up to one hour from Southampton – i.e. Bournemouth/Poole, Salisbury, Andover, Basingstoke and Chichester.

Do you offer any other services?

We also offer car care products through a separate website,
www.car-care.org.uk and vehicle inspections if you need advice on the paintwork and electrics of a car you want to buy. Please ask us for details.
